Who We Are
Mike joined the group as Chairman in 2009 having worked at BP where he was Head of Planning and Strategy for BP’s global retail business. Prior to this he was the UK Retail Manager for Mobil’s chain of 700 petrol filling stations. Mike is a Non-Executive Director of Intervias, one of the European leaders in forecourt convenience retailing and Avant Homes, one of the UK’s leading privately-owned housebuilders. Mike has an honours degree in business studies from the University of Aston in Birmingham.
Bill joined ICWG in March 2017 as Chief Executive having worked at Boeing Company in Seattle, McKinsey and Company and, more recently, as President of Terminix International, based in Memphis. Bill has a degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nilesh joined as Chief Financial Officer, with a history in private equity backed businesses. Most recently Nilesh was at Skrill, initially as Group CFO and then as SVP of Emerging Markets. Nilesh started his career at KPMG, moving to HSBC Investment Bank to focus on equity capital markets and M&A. Nilesh has a Bachelor’s Degree in PPE from Oxford University.
Non Executive Director
Jim began his retailing career at Woolworths in 1962 before moving to B&Q in 1971. He went on to become Chief Executive in 1986 and was appointed to the Kingfisher board in 1994. He became chief executive at New Look in 1998 before taking the company public. Currently Jim is Non-Executive chairman of Furniture Village.
Partner at TDR Capital
Jon is a Partner at TDR Capital. Prior to joining TDR in 2006, he was a Partner at Hampshire Equity Partners for nine years, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing private equity and distressed debt investments. Previously Jon worked at BT Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of private equity and principal investing experience. Jon graduated from Duke University with a degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies.
Partner at TDR Capital
Matt is a Partner at TDR Capital. Prior to joining TDR in 2008, he worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC in the special investments team. Previously Matt worked at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc in the Leveraged Finance team. He received a Masters degree in Modern History and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
